I grew up in Mumbai; a melting pot of food cultures and was raised by parents running a wedding catering business. I spent a lot of time in commercial kitchens growing up. I'm most excited when I'm pushing the boundaries of modern Indian cuisine while also reviving age-old techniques from the subcontinent.
